This new addition to the Mobile App allows for collaborative incident management between Control, on-train staff, station-based staff and any other teams who may need to be involved.
Our Instant Messaging facility provides a two way tool for staff in real time, allowing for staff across the business and network to communicate with each other. TyrellCheck has now become an effective way for staff to feed back information into Control as incidents unfold. A group conversation can then be started with the relevant staff, routes and stations involved.
TyrellCheck Instant Messaging provides a valuable addition to the features and information that is already available via the App and Desktop. The facility to communicate internally with colleagues makes the App a "one stop shop" for all disruption information, updates and feedback.
